Description
The Eurolux G990WW is a 13W maxi globe opal LED globe on the E27 (large screw) fitting. It replaces a 75W incandescent without changing the fitting. Output is 950 lumens of warm white light.

Light quality
Warm white sits at the yellow end of the scale — the tone people associate with a relaxed lounge or bedroom, and the closest match to the old incandescent globes. This one puts out 950 lumens. That is a typical main-light output for a bedroom or a small to medium room. The 360° beam spreads light widely rather than throwing it in one direction.
Fitting and compatibility
E27 is the large screw cap found in most South African ceiling roses, pendants and standing lamps. It runs on 220–240V, standard South African mains supply.

Natural bright dimmable light, nice design and excellent quality
Very happy with the light bulb. It gives a dimmable natural colour, bright light, it has nice proportions and it is of the excellent quality.
Light at last!
I have used these globes in 2 pendant lamps in the dining room. The light is good enough for reading and the colour is soft and warm. Prior to this I had bought LED 4W filament globes which provided no light at all. The dimming function works well. They are very pricey but I trust they will last a long time.
