The Eurolux G626LED is a 18W maxi globe LED globe on the E27 (large screw) fitting. It replaces a 100W incandescent without changing the fitting. Output is 1700 lumens of warm white light.

Light quality

Warm white sits at the yellow end of the scale — the tone people associate with a relaxed lounge or bedroom, and the closest match to the old incandescent globes. This one puts out 1700 lumens. That is a bright main light, suited to a lounge, kitchen or open-plan space. The 170° beam spreads light widely rather than throwing it in one direction.

Fitting and compatibility

E27 is the large screw cap found in most South African ceiling roses, pendants and standing lamps. It runs on 220–240V, standard South African mains supply.
