Fitting and compatibility

E27 is the large screw cap found in most South African ceiling roses, pendants and standing lamps. The lamp is sold separately, so add one to your order if you do not have a spare. It measures 90mm high and 125mm across. The silicone construction is what you are paying for at this price — it is the part that determines how well the fitting ages.
