Fitting and compatibility

E27 is the large screw cap found in most South African ceiling roses, pendants and standing lamps. IP44 means it is protected against splashing water from any direction, which covers most sheltered outdoor and bathroom positions. The lamp is sold separately, so add one to your order if you do not have a spare. It measures 95mm high. The stainless steel construction is what you are paying for at this price — it is the part that determines how well the fitting ages.
