Once we had installed this, we realized there were 6 of the flat acrylic pieces and 26 of the balls missing. Cannot return as we had shortened it to fit our ceiling height. After calls and mails to both Takeaot and Eurolux no one will help total waste of money. Beware when buying this product .Ok I need to mend my review once I contacted the Eurolux customer service and info mail, they were very responsive. I now have all my parts and a fully functional beautiful light. Thank you Eurolux, I am still waiting for takealot.
