The Eurolux G1033CW is a 15W globe LED globe on the B22 (bayonet) fitting. It replaces a 100W incandescent without changing the fitting. Output is 1575 lumens of cool white light.

Light quality

Cool white is a crisp, neutral tone. It keeps whites looking genuinely white, which is why it suits kitchens, bathrooms and work areas. This one puts out 1575 lumens. That is a bright main light, suited to a lounge, kitchen or open-plan space. The 230° beam spreads light widely rather than throwing it in one direction. A CRI of 80 describes how faithfully colours appear under the light — the higher the figure, the more natural fabrics, food and skin tones look.

Fitting and compatibility

B22 is the two-pin bayonet cap: push in, twist a quarter turn, done. It is the other standard fitting in South African homes alongside E27. It runs on 230V, standard South African mains supply. It measures 120mm high.
