The fan works great. The light socket is an E13 (I think), and only supports 40w globes. lighting is not great.

This is not a big ceiling fan, but do not let that fool you. This thing really works well. Installed it in my son's room and there's a noticeable difference between this and the previous one. The light is also quite bright.
