Description

The Eurolux D25W is a white pressed steel downlight.

Key features

  • 50W rated power
  • Pressed Steel construction — holds its finish far longer than moulded plastic
  • IP20 rated — for indoor fittings in dry areas

Ideal for

  • Kitchen and scullery task lighting
  • Passages, stairwells and entrance halls
  • Even ceiling coverage in open-plan rooms

Fitting and compatibility

IP20 carries no water protection, so it belongs indoors in a dry position. Installation needs a 65mm cut-out, so check the opening before ordering. The lamp is sold separately, so add one to your order if you do not have a spare. It measures Depth : 37mm, Diameter : 80mm. The pressed steel construction is what you are paying for at this price — it is the part that determines how well the fitting ages.

Good to know

This unit is not dimmable — pair it with a standard switch rather than a dimmer circuit, or it will flicker and its life will shorten. It carries an IP20 rating, so it is intended for indoor use in dry areas. The lamp is not included — order it separately. Requires a 65mm cut-out.
