The Eurolux G994CW is a 14W par38 globe on the E27 (large screw) fitting. It replaces a 60W incandescent without changing the fitting. Output is 920 lumens of cool white light.

Light quality

Cool white is a crisp, neutral tone. It keeps whites looking genuinely white, which is why it suits kitchens, bathrooms and work areas. This one puts out 920 lumens. That is a typical main-light output for a bedroom or a small to medium room. The 38° beam is comparatively narrow, which concentrates light where you point it. A CRI of 80 describes how faithfully colours appear under the light — the higher the figure, the more natural fabrics, food and skin tones look.

Fitting and compatibility

E27 is the large screw cap found in most South African ceiling roses, pendants and standing lamps. It runs on 230V, standard South African mains supply. It measures 131mm high.
