Light quality

Daylight is the coolest, bluest tone on the scale. It reads as very bright and alert, which suits garages, workshops and security lighting more than living rooms. This one puts out 480 lumens. That is enough for a bedside lamp, a passage, or one of several fittings sharing a room.

Fitting and compatibility

Running at 12V, it needs a transformer or LED driver — it will not work wired directly to the mains. IP65 means it is sealed against dust and against water jets from any direction, so it can be mounted fully exposed to the weather. It measures 3000mm high and 10mm across.
