I am extremely disappointed with how my order and return have been handled. I ordered the Eurolux Adaptor 232 Din as advertised because I specifically needed that design to fit the limited space where it would be used. Instead, I received a completely different adaptor.I logged a return and clearly explained that I needed the adaptor shown in the advertisement because the one I received would not fit. The incorrect item was collected, but when my replacement arrived, it was the exact same incorrect adaptor that I had returned. It appears that the same item was simply sent back to me without my return being properly reviewed.I purchased this item using Payflex, and two instalment payments have already been deducted for a product that I still have not received correctly.Please investigate this matter using Order #217282210. I have attached photos of the original incorrect item, the replacement I received today, and a screenshot of the product that was advertised. I request that you either send the correct adaptor exactly as advertised or issue a full refund, including any necessary adjustment to my Payflex payments. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
